Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are final unless there is a defect or the pallet received is significantly different from the description provided on our website. We inspect all pallets before shipping to ensure accurate representation.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The pallet received is not as described (missing items or incorrect merchandise).
- The pallet is damaged during shipping (evidence required).
To request a return, you must contact us within 30 business days of receiving your order. Returns submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please:

- Photos of the pallet (if damaged)
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return or replacement.
4. Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for pallets. If your pallet qualifies for a return, you may choose to request a replacement pallet or a refund.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
- Inspect your pallet immediately upon delivery.
- If there is damage during shipping or missing items, document it with photos and notify us within 5 business days.
